Hello readers, hopefully you are doing good these days. 

Yea u know more people get vaccinated, pandemic has been slowing down (media said), people started to reopen their shops, unblocking road. Despite some of regional ruler set a strict rule on public service, but I think we have our own escape right.

After a while, I rad two books that really insightful and I recommend you to read these two too,

How to Think Clearly by Rolf Dobelli and Courage to be disliked by Ichiro Kishimi & Fumitake Koga These two books will discuss about root cause of insecurity and biases that most of us have been worried about. In this post I will share to you the importance of being mindful, set our brain clean and think rationally based on what we have, what will we do, and what we will gain for a certain activity. Let me called this Mind-Management. 



Let start the topic with Goals.

Everything we do have goals, in my religion we have the realm that human being is devoted to pray to the almighty. Living in this world, we have goals of course, to survive as long as possible with the most enjoyable life from the resource that we have. Even all of us have different starting position, everyone of us have the right to set a goal, yes any goals. You have the right to set anything in you bucket list, having job, having your delicacies, having best mates, having babies, it is free for everyone tho!. The matter is your struggle will be different each person. Suppose that you have a dream to reach the summit, and you were born near the sea, then you have to pave a very long way than you friend who were already born in a village near the summit. If you focused on the goal, you will prepare anything to start your journey, and just keep walking until you reach your goal. Never start with anything alse aside goals. You can Imagine that you start by looking your friend, and use ego as your view, you start to compare and think twice about your dream by seeing other's privileges'. You will never reach your dream and will look into another safer place to go, easier place to go with no competitors. When that mind come, you are already enter the envy-trap and devaluate yourself, and in the end, it moves away your goals. Knowing your ultimate goals is essential, to make things better. Another example will come from our everyday life. You want to eat pizzas, but you don't have enough cash. Meanwhile your friend want to eat pizzas, but your friend can easily buy that since he is rich. In this moment I prefer to set my ultimate goals not for the pizzas, but I just hungry and need something to eat. With my now cash, I can fill my tummy with more healthier food. Here is the conclusion when you set ultimate goals. It is also happen when you want to buy clothes that is trending, a viral holiday places and so on. Do you buy clothes because you need it or it is just to follow the trend? do you really need that place to visit, or it just your impulsiveness that really the sacrifice everything you got into that place? think you ultimate goals again!

Side away your Blockers

All of us certainly have blockers, we have internal blockers and external blockers. Internal blockers always come from our lust , laziness, our instant-having-things mind. The internal blokcers that we can control should be throw away as far as possible. Your internal blockers sometime latent until the critical moment find you, but occasionally when the moment find you, you wont have many option left, and it is not good of course. There is no other time to side away your internal blockers but now, right now. Learn that you cannot buy time, you rewind. What you can do is utilize time as wise as you can, thus in the end, you have no regret if something happen differently. Outer blocker is entity that come aside from our brain and mind. all of them, it possibly your closest person, your friend, your enemy, your mentor, your country, your surroundings. These things are matter we cannot control, but it has the same principle will be the same, you cannot side it away but you have to move away from the entity.  Some third party have a huge control over our goals, they are our parent. We owe them biologically and and most of the time they are our biggest external driver too. Be wise setting goals because you goals, determine you blockers and drivers. 

Start to visualize

Visualization is a mind management technique which involves imagining the desired outcome. Studies suggest it is the best practice to plan step to get there, including overcoming blockers along the way. Many athlete doing this anyway, best way to learn specific techniques. Visualizing your goals will help you to arrange path, help your paving's reach your dream. You have a goals to be academicians, then you have to visualize you should take university, having degree, having topic that you are expert in, and start learning books, having college, having peers, having mentors and stuff. That was the part to visualize things and detailed plan will come after. Each of us have different recipe in visualizing our goals, some of us have detailed one, some of us have simpler one. Both is okay as long you know what to do!

Expect nothing

We you already set goals, you already side away your blockers, and you do all your visualization, seems there is superpower of nature that exist and you cannot fathom. The megapower can crumble your effort and goals at the same time. You will feel overwhelmed and start to call me dumbass, since I told u bunch of lies, but again, ultimately, you just have to start over, set a new goals, side away more blockers, and visualize more detail. Stop romanticizing things, it wasting your time and come back with your rationality and set the ultimate matters in all the step. ?

If you fail, just repeat, be sturdy and ready for everything, you will find the moment!

Halo semuanya, bagi yang mengunjungi postingan ini mungkin kalian adalah satu orang yang beruntung untuk mempelajari lebih dalam ilmu yang makin sulit ditemukan penggiatnya ini.
