No more no to challenges!

a week ago, my supervisor hire me to help her in supervising dendrology practical class in forestry bachelor study program then I said yes I can. Every saturday I will meet her to discuss the agenda for monday's class. she told me that she will be there to give the courses about the material. the material is quiet challenging and fundamental for them to do research.

"Forest Structure and Composition" 

yes okay it is essential and I believe that I will be there to help technical stuffs. and Im okay with that.

Saturday arrived and as we planned we will meet on 1 pm to discuss the agenda. she brief me a lot about the whole agenda for next 2 months. but unfortunately she was invited to jakarta for some meeting between stakeholders. so then she ask me to make 100 pretest short essays to student, give em the discussion about the exercises and give the material about forest structure and composition.

here the battle begin between clumsy alnus and cocky alnus. but yeah, something good sometime need pressure, cocky alnus won, even it could be fail, at least Im not beating myself. 

"yes mrs adrie, I can do that"

mrs adrie said that she will make the outline but as I guessed she couldnt make it so I made it for only 1 hours outline making for the whole course. 

okey the the mondya start, I give the material, discussion part and the class went well, they are all taking notes, aven the pretest result were not so good but for me giving them understanding, skill and joy of dendrology learning is far more important.

"Expectations" is a really painful companion : part 1

Hallo everyone! You missed me? Me too, Its been a long time when I write my last post. Oh yea, Guys Its a good news!, my master degree is complete now and officially soon be Alnus Meinata, S.Hut, M.Sc in upcoming January! Ah... What a journey, for the past two years, it is a really a roller coaster, but now, I am kind of relief I am surrounded with many companion that open my eyes wider.  Tracing many years back, I was a really competitive person, and mostly I am really love into competitive atmosphere, I love win and lose, win to be proud, and lose to be envy. No debate. Expectation is my long life companion.  In the past day, I won plentiful of competitions (not be arrogant), since I was 12 yo. My shoulder always succeed to carried my school up into prestigious events. My teacher always did their "harsh" method to forge me up into my limit and I love that. Halo semuanya, bagi yang mengunjungi postingan ini mungkin kalian adalah satu orang yang beruntung untuk mempelajari lebih dalam ilmu yang makin sulit ditemukan penggiatnya ini.
